How shipments work in Uniqlo


Shipping on Uniqlo may vary based on location and shipping method selected. In general, it offers several shipping methods, including standard shipping, express shipping, store pickup, and point pickup. Shipping times may also be affected by external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions. 

In the case of the United Kingdom, the shipping costs and delivery times are as follows: 

  • Standard Shipping: 2-4 working days and cost £3.95. 
  • Pick up in store: the cost of is completely free. You would have to order it before midnight to pick it up the next day. 
  • Local parcel collection (shipments are not made to any parcel locker): it takes 1 to 3 working days and the cost is £2.95. It would be through ParcelShop and to pick it up you have to provide a phone number so that they send you a confirmation text message when it is available. 
  • Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days and the cost is £4.95. 

Please note that the delivery time is subject to the cut-off time of 6:00 p.m. m., Monday through Thursday (except holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. m. Friday through Sunday will ship the next business day. 

The estimated delivery time depends on the time you place your order. The order must be made before 6:00 pm and from Monday to Thursday. If you do it after 6:00 pm from Friday to Sunday, it will be sent the next business day. All these terms are an estimate since other external factors may influence, such as weather factors, traffic, etc. 

To get free shipping at Uniqlo, you have to make a minimum order of £50 or make your first purchase. 

In addition, orders can be delivered from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday. If you have placed an order, and more than 6 days have passed without counting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, you have to contact Customer Service, just as if more than 3 days have passed with an express delivery order. If for whatever reason you make a mistake and put a wrong address, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Depending on the delivery option you have chosen, they will be able to intercept the delivery. 

Once an order is placed, Uniqlo provides a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your shipment. You can also track your order on the Uniqlo website (at the bottom you have the option to know where the order is) or through the mobile application. However, Uniqlo always sends an email with the tracking link once it has left the warehouse. It may take up to 24 hours after receipt for it to be activated. You can also track your order from your account. 

As for the orders that are to be picked up in the store, you will have a week to pick it up once they send you a notification by email or by text message. To do this you will have to bring the order confirmation email and your identity document with a photograph and full name. You must indicate that the order has been received at the store in order to pick it up.
