How is a return at H&M without a ticket

The item return policy allows customers to make a return at H&M without a ticket. In principle, there may be a refusal by the company's workers to return the amount of your garment, but you can ask if they can search for the ticket by date and time in their database, as long as you have paid by card. It is a way of demonstrating the purchase made. If it is in cash it is more complicated.

In any case, they can make an exception and process the return in a store credit, type of return card in which the amount will be paid to you of the garment (if in the end the employees get the ticket, the money will be paid to your debit or credit card, but if it has been in cash, the amount of the garment will be returned to you at the current price, for example, if it is on sale at the discounted price) or they can also exchange it for another item. If the item is no longer available for sale, returns will not be accepted. Additionally, item must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.
